Paul Coleman, President
Paul is a native El Pasoan and a 3rd generation owner of Sun Travel.  He joined the family business back in 1994 after spending 5 years working in the oil refining business down in Corpus Christi.  Paul has a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from Texas A&M - Corpus Christi.  His hobbies include golf, hunting, fishing, playing the piano and spending time with his wife and children.  He loves to travel, and his favorite destinations include Italy, Scotland, Alaska, New Zealand and anywhere a cruise ship sails.

Justine Coleman, CEO
As an owner of Sun Travel, and as an agent with 39 years of experience, I have never been prouder of our agency and its employees.  On a personal note, the best part of my job is working with our clients, creating memories that will last a life time.  My clients are diverse ranging from new clients to life-long friends, as well as the many groups I take care of throughout the year.  I believe I have been to most every part of the world, but my favorites are New Zealand and Alaska, with their spectacular scenery, and friendly, down-to-earth people.  Among my many interests, reading and travel are at the top of the list, but nothing can compare to spending time with my family, which often occurs while we travel.

Duane Coleman, Executive VP
Following a career as a home builder, I entered the travel industry about 16 years ago to assist my wife, Justine, with her travel agency.  During my tenure at Sun Travel, I have used my talents working with the United States Government in submitting contracts for handling government travel for Federal and State agencies.  While I do not book travel, I handle many of the day to day operations necessary to run a business, leaving the more experienced agents to give our clients the best service possible when booking their travel.  There are many advantages to being married to the CEO.  We have been all over the world and seen more than I could have ever imagined with each trip a new adventure.

Erin Hirzel - General Manager
I have worked at Sun Travel since 1979.  My first duties were delivering tickets and filing brochures while I attended UTEP.  I moved to accounting and became Accounting Manager in 1986 after my graduation with a degree in Business Management.  In 1991, I was promoted to General Manager. 

Kathleen Coleman - Leisure Marketing Manager
I am a 5th generation El Pasoan and am married to Sun Travel President, Paul.  Paul and I have escorted many travel groups since returning to El Paso in 1994.  I took an official role in Sun Travel as the Leisure Marketing Manager in May of 2009.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Texas A&M University and have been involved in marketing for several companies.  I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, running and reading.  My favorite destinations include South Africa, Scotland and Italy.

Lucy Lorea - Travel Manager
I have been in the travel industry since 1977. I first worked for American Airlines and have been hooked on the travel industry ever since. I came to Sun Travel in 1990. I obtained the Certified Travel Consultant Certificate because I have a strong commitment to the travel industry and to my clients.  I have traveled to Asia and Southeast Asia, Hawaii and Europe several times.  Many of the trips were on the over 20 cruise sailings I have taken. My favorite part of this job is to sit with my clients and plan their vacation dream. 

Nancy McGuire - Manager of Business Development & Customer Service
I began my travel industry career with Eastern Airlines in 1980. I have worked in Corporate Travel since 1987. My background includes Agency Operations Management and Account Management. I was the Corporate Travel Manager for Security Capital Group for five years. Having been on the purchasing side of managed travel, I know first-hand the importance and benefits of utilizing the services of Travel Professionals. I'm very happy to be working with the professionals at Sun Travel. Sachi Montgomery - Travel Specialist
Born in Okinawa and raised in the Philippines from the age of seven, I speak four languages, including Japanese and Tagalog. Across the seas, I have traveled extensively in the Far East, Spain, Austria, Germany, and Monaco, and on this side of the ocean, explored parts of Brazil and all of the Hawaiian Islands. My cruise experiences include the Caribbean, the Mexican Riviera, and Alaska.

Barbara Hyatt - Travel Specialist
 have worked at Sun Travel since 1978, assisting clients with their cruise vacations.  I specialize in group travel.  As with most travel agents, traveling is my favorite past time, along with golf, gardening and grandkids.  I enjoy cruising because you unpack once, leaving the rest of the cruise to relax, but have the benefit of visiting various locales.  I am in the office and available to assist you on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

My career as a Travel Counselor first began in 1979, and I have been with the Sun Travel family since 1985.  Following a brief stint as an outside sales agent in Wyoming, I returned to El Paso and continue to serve the needs of long-time clients, as well as new ones. As a cruise agent, I learn first hand about interesting, new destinations, new ships and the great deals that often are not advertised in the main stream. 

Tom Bryant - Travel Specialist
I have been in the travel business since 1988 and with Sun Travel since 1994. I have traveled almost every where in the world, with the exception of China and Japan, and they are on my list. One of my favorite journeys was the European Riverboat cruise because of its leisurely pace and the fact that you can dock right in the heart of the cities it visits. My wife and I love to ballroom dance, and we have incorporated that love into a number of our cruise trips. I believe the best thing about being a cruise agent is meeting new people and assisting them in selecting and purchasing a wonderful cruising experience with the least amount of stress.

I have been with Sun Travel since June 2008, working initially from El Paso, TX and now from Alamogordo, NM. I am from Mexico City where I started my career in travel in 1990.  I owned a travel agency for 10 years.  In 2000 I moved to Germany and worked 7 years providing leisure and official travel for the military and their families. I have lived in Mexico, Europe and now in the U.S. which gives me the opportunity to know many people and places.  I love to travel and I have visited Central and South America, Canada, Europe, U.S. and of course most of the states in Mexico. I love to cruise and have had the privilege of helping many people with their travels.

My travel experiences include Caribbean, Alaskan, and Mexican Riviera cruises, France, Asia, Japan, the South Pacific, Iberian Peninsula, Northern African, Canada and the United States. I started my travel career while living in Brownsville, Texas and have been coordinating cruise trips since 1994.   The best part of my job is working with all the great clients and helping them with their travel needs throughout the four corners of the globe.  I believe in providing excellent customer service and obtaining the best value for my clients. 

Mary Mathis - Elite Travel Specialist I have been in the travel business since 1989 years and have worked for Sun Travel as a Corporate Agent since 1996.  I truly love my job, and enjoy working with clients, organizing their travel, whether for business or that long awaited, well deserved vacation.  Travel changes from day to day with new products and rules, so I never get bored.  I have developed long-term working relationships with my clients that enables me to give them the specialized service they have grown accustomed to when working with Sun Travel.  I have to say that my favorite type of travel is cruising because of it's one-stop shopping.  You unpack once, yet have the opportunity to experience several ports of call, and with cruising becoming so wide spread, you can visit a good portion of the world by ship.  If I am planning on just one location, my husband Joe and I like Aruba the best, with its beautiful white beaches, friendly people, shopping and dining.  Outside of the office I stay just as busy restoring classic cars and doing our part for the El Paso Corvette Club.  I truly enjoy my job, and believe that Sun Travel is one of the best places to do it.  The agency is well respected in the industry and I am proud to be a part of it.    

Liz Deaner - Sales
I have been in the Travel Industry since 1982, and have enjoyed this profession immensely. It has been challenging and fulfilling while broadening my perspective of the world. Travel has been my passion since I can remember, so working in this industry has enabled me to live my Dream. Therefore, when I work with my clients, giving of myself to meet their needs comes naturally because if I do not satisfy my clients, somebody else will. Being a travel consultant also has its benefits. I have had the opportunity to travel the world over, visiting 5 continents and 20 U. S. Cities. When I am not working I enjoy working out in the gym, cooking, listening to jazz, and of course, traveling. Ilene Visniewski - Sales
I have been a travel agent since 1987 and my early experience was primarily in leisure travel, focusing on dive groups.  It allowed me to travel to wonderful destinations all over the world.  I worked for Sun Travel as an outside sales agent for several years before coming on board as a full time corporate agent.  I have enjoyed working in corporate sales very much.  I think my background gives me a unique perspective on all aspects of travel.  I still enjoy traveling very much and plan to continue seeing the world as much as possible while striving to offer good service to all of our corporate clients.

Morgan Snively - Travel Specialist - Travel Specialist
I started in the travel industry in 1986 with Braniff Airlines in Dallas Texas in the reservations center and realized I wanted more personal contact with customers. I moved to El Paso to begin my Travel Agent career. I have had the opportunity to work in all aspects of agency operations, from delivering tickets to managing an agency office. I have worked on leisure travel, groups, domestic, international destinations and love the challenge of getting exactly what my clients are looking for. I have tried jobs outside of travel and fortunately for me, I was able to return to the career I love.

I first came to Sun Travel in 1996 and then moved to California in 2000. When I came back to El Paso I worked for an airline and then came back to Sun Travel in 2011. My travels have included France, Spain, England, Germany, Austria, Belgium and extensively throughout the U.S. I have cruised through the Greek Islands, most of the Caribbean, Mexico, and Panama. My travel experiences enable me to provide the best service to my clients.
